How do I heat the Eye Doctor Click & Go®?
Firmly press the activation dome inside the mask. When activated a sound frequency alters the molecular structure from liquid to gel.
How often should I use the Eye Doctor Click & Go®?
Most patients should benefit from applying The Eye Doctor Click & Go® and performing eyelid massage twice a day for two weeks. This can be reduced to once a day, and then a couple of times a week as required, once symptoms have been alleviated.
How do I reset the Eye Doctor Click & Go® ready for next use?
Following treatment the mask will cool down and feel solid. The mask is efficiently reset by submerging in boiling water.
How do I use the Eye Doctor Click & Go® cold?
Leave the mask in the fridge for approximately 1 hour.
How do I clean the Eye Doctor Click & Go®?
The outer cover and gel mask are sterilised during the resetting process, however, you can also hand wash the outer cover in warm water and wipe clean the gel mask.
