"My passion is to empower my patients to manage their own Dry Eye Disease. I do this through education and offering simply effective treatment options"

I was born in Harare, Zimbabwe. I received my medical degree from the University of Pretoria in 1999.
I moved to the United Kingdom in 2002 and started specialising in Ophthalmology. It was while training that I developed Meibomian Glad Dysfunction. I became absorbed, researching as much as I could about the condition and to find a simple way to manage it.
I am known as the Dry Eye Doctor by peers and patients. It is my passion and profession. As a practicing Ophthalmologist I am privileged to deal face-to-face with patients suffering from Dry Eye Disease. Their greatest problem is feeling overwhelmed by the diagnosis and associated information overload.
